How long does it take to process my
custom order?
|

Once
you place your order, you should receive an e-mail from us containing
your proofs within 5 business day. Once you have approved your proof(s) and
your payment as been processed, your order will be shipped within the
time frame on your project quote..
|

How long will it take to receive my order once you mail it?
|
|
Most orders are shipped via Priority
Mail and should arrive at their destination within 2-4 business
days. Our clients on the west coast, in Alaska or
Hawaii may experience delivery times of 4-5 days with Priority
Mail. Tracking numbers are not available when using
Priority Mail. Larger orders may be
shipped via UPS Ground; however, you will be notified if the
shipping method changes. If you require expedited shipping,
please advise in your project request

I
live near you - can I pick up my magnets or wrappers?
|
|
Certainly! You may pick up your
magnets and/or wrappers at our location in Middletown, New
Jersey. If you live local we will gladly deliver your order
less than $50 to you for a $5 delivery fee. All
orders over $50 will be delivered FREE.
|
|
|
|
When
I received my order it was damaged - what should I do?
|
|
DO NOT
return the package to us without
calling our office first at 732-471-6788.
|

When I received my
order there was an error!
|
|
If
the error was made on our part after
your proof approval, we
will expedite a corrected order to you at no
charge.
Examine your order upon receipt. If you find that we made
an error
after your proof approval, please contact us within five (5) business
days of receipt of your order and at least three (3) business days before the
date of your event. This will enable us to expedite a corrected order to you at no charge. If we cannot
deliver the corrected order in time for your event, we will refund the
cost of the order and the shipping charges.
Unless
an error has been made on our part after proof approval, orders cannot
be returned and shipping charges cannot be refunded. All clients
should be sure to carefully verify that all names
are spelled correctly, all dates are accurate and all fonts are legible
prior to approving any proof.

Can I return my
order?
|

We hope that you won't have to return your
order! To ensure that you will be happy with your
design, we will email a color proof to you for review prior to
printing. We offer a 100% Quality Guarantee on ALL
products we design and distribute

I need to cancel my
custom order- what do I do? |
|
You may cancel your custom created
order anytime until you have approved a proof. Once you
have approved a proof a 50% cancellation fee (of the order total)
will apply.

How
does your guarantee work?
|
|
Our Guarantee:
If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in
materials, quality and workmanship, you may return it to us in new,
unused condition and in its original packaging. You will be issued
a prompt credit, exchange or full refund less shipping
charges.
This guarantee does not apply to the
personalization portion of your order. We will provide you with a
color proof for each of your design selections for you to review.
Prior to printing any order, we require that you approve each design
layout. Before approving any proof please verify the
following for accuracy and legibility:

Dates
Fonts
If you are unsure of any
portion of your proof please request a sample printed on plain paper to
be mailed to you or a full color sample e-mailed in an alternate format
for viewing. We want all of
our clients to be completely satisfied but cannot be responsible for
errors, omissions or oversights once the proof has been approved.
All
requests for returns must be made within five (5) business of
receipt
of your order and must be made before the date of your event. No
returns will be accepted after the date of your event.

one of our examples. If you are undecided, we will design

Can
I order wrapped chocolate bars?
|
|
Due to
the increasingly high cost of shipping chocolate in a manner to prevent
melting we do not accept shipped orders for wrapped chocolate bars. If you live in our hand-delivery area or it you would like to
pick up your order from our office we will be able to fill your wrapped
chocolate order at any time during the year. Please

I need my order quickly! Can you help me?
|
|
Most orders are shipped out within 10 business
days following proof approval; delivery usually occurs no later
than 4 business days following shipment. We pride
ourselves on shipping any birth announcement related products as
quickly as possible, we realize you are excited about spreading
the word of your new addition! Please
let us know if you require your order to be delivered in less
than 10 business days.

will I know what my order will look like with my personalization?
|
|
We will
provide you with a color proof for your design(s). We require that
all design layouts be approved prior to printing your order.

How
will you send my proof? What format will it be in?
|
|
We normally send your proof via email
embedded into the message. If you have difficulty viewing
the proof, we would be more than happy to upload the image to
our web server. When expecting a proof or sample - please be
sure to check your bulk and spam folders, as messages with
embedded images sometimes inadvertently end up as junk mail.
|
|
|
|
What if I don't like my proof?
|
|
Don't worry!
Just tell us what you would like to have changed and we will be more
than happy to provide you with another layout at no charge. All
colors, fonts, text, and images can be completely customized.
|
|
|
|
How will I wrap the candy bars?
|
|
You may use either a glue-stick, double-sided tape or a small piece of clear tape to
secure the wrapper. We use Scotch brand double-stick permanent tape
Do not use a hot-glue to seal
your wrappers. Simply align the bar so that the front of the
wrapper is centered on the front of your bar and adhere the wrapper
using tape or a glue stick. If you need additional information

Can
you create designs for occasions other than those on your website?
|
|
Definately!
Send us an email with your event details and any specifics you had in
mind and we will be more than happy to work with you on a FREE design
layout. You are not obligated to purchase ANY product
until you approve a proof.

What type of paper will my wrappers be printed on?
|
|
Wrappers are printed on a white color laser
gloss paper - printed using the highest quality machine - final
wrappers are water-resistant
|
|
|
|
Do you make HEREHEIS and HERESHEIS wrappers?
|
|
NO! Those labels are copyrighted by Hershey Foods and cannot be
reproduced. However, we will create a beautiful custom birth announcement
wrapper to announce your bundle of joy - with or without a photo
included.
|

|
